Kingwood Town Center

In 1993, I started KCTC Inc. where I designed, financed, and built five commercial buildings to complete a mixed-use lifestyle center named Kingwood Town Center in Kingwood, Texas. While managing the property for nearly 30 years, I organized and implemented over 130 community events such as Mardi Gras Parades with live music, vendors and judging, live actor Christmas shows, and July 4th fireworks displays attended by 20,000 to 40,000 people, also with a live music stage and vendors. I also organized, designed, and managed 56 custom car shows exhibiting between 80 – 220 cars, while coordinating live music, vendors, and judging.
